VERSE OF THE DAY, PRAYER & INSPIRATION:
INSPIRATION:
In the time of the Old Covenant, God's special presence was in the Temple of Jerusalem, in the Holy of Holies. Today, His special presence is those who believe on his Son Jesus Christ and are saved by his grace. So because God's Holy Spirit dwell in us, we ought to be holy and not live as to grieve Him.
VERSE:
What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?
For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's. 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 (KJV)
PRAYER:
O Spirit of Grace sent by Christ to dwell in our hearts. We belong to God. We are not our own, for we have been bought with a price, even with the precious blood of Christ. Help us to honor and not grieve you today and every day.
